These terms govern your use of the Zora service (“the service”, “we”), available as the Telegram bot @zora_pro_bot and on the web at heyzora.ru. By using the service you accept these terms. How we handle your data is described separately in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms. The Russian version of this page is the original; in case of discrepancy, the Russian text prevails.
Zora is a personal assistant that takes on the routine around meetings, tasks, email and calendars: it transcribes recordings and voice messages, produces summaries and task lists, keeps reminders, triages incoming mail, and provides VPN access. The service acts on your instruction and only on data you have granted it access to.
The service is for individuals aged 18 or over with legal capacity and a Telegram account. By connecting a work or corporate mailbox, calendar or other account, you confirm that you are entitled to grant access to it.
Zora acts on its own where that is safe, but certain actions happen only on your explicit confirmation:
The service does not act on instructions found inside emails or other external material: such content is treated as data, never as commands.
Transcripts, summaries, task lists and draft replies are produced by AI models and may contain errors, omissions and inaccuracies. They are working material, not a record you can rely on unchecked. Review the output before making decisions, sending messages or using it in any other way. The service is not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.
The service is currently free; you may support it with a voluntary donation via Telegram Stars. We may introduce paid plans — any change of terms and what the paid tier includes will be announced in advance. Voluntary donations are non-refundable.
The service is provided “as is”. We aim for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee it: there may be maintenance windows, outages at third-party providers (Telegram, Google, Yandex, Mail.ru, AI providers) and changes to their interfaces that temporarily break individual features. We may change, suspend or discontinue features.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for lost profits, loss of data or indirect damages arising from use of the service, including consequences of errors in AI-generated output and of third-party service outages. Decisions you make on the basis of material prepared by the service remain yours.
You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account and data via @zora_pro_bot. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, or where required by law or by the terms of third-party services.
We may update these terms. The current version is always available at this address, with the date of the last update shown at the top. Material changes are announced in the bot. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version.
